For your peace of mind, we offer 3 month guarantee on most workmanship.
We strive to ensure the workmanship of our tradespeople lives up to your expectations – and ours. Our goal is always your 100% satisfaction, however, we understand that there can be rare occasions where our work doesn’t meet the expected standards. On these rare occasions, we will come out and rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Due to the nature of certain works or repairs, such as poisoning, we are unable to provide the 3 month labour guarantee. This will be clearly marked on your invoice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call and our friendly call centre team can help.
