 Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, if the tree/s are in a conservation area and are over 75mm in girth at 1.3m or are subject to a tree preservation order, permission is required from the local planning authority before works can commence. However, we can obtain this permission on your behalf with no additional charge upon acceptance of the quote. Please ensure a clear passage is provided prior to our visit and breakable items are moved where possible, as we cannot be held responsible for damage arising from failure to do so. Cancellation of work with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to up to a 100% charge of total fee. If stump grinding is required, armoured cables, or utility lines will have to be disclosed to us and we will not be held liable for damages. If this quotation meets with your approval or you have any further general queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note, total includes the removal of all arisings and timber unless otherwise specified. All itemised fees are interdependent and may need to be recalculated if only a portion of the work is instructed. Full payment will be required upon completion of work.
